AS Moray schools prepare to return on Tuesday following a not too wet summer holiday, even allowing for recent weeks, I would like to encourage primary and secondary schools in Moray to consider a trip to the Scottish Parliament.

IN The Hague, the war crimes trial of former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic has begun, and while this can seem a long way from Moray, it is important to remember what happened in Bosnia in the early 1990s and the very serious charges that have been laid in the court, including torture and genocide.
